Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Recallivo, a product of Treesera ("we", "our", or "us"), available at recallivo.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 13 and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Recallivo offers the following subscription plans:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Indian customers are billed through Razorpay. International customers are billed through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

4. Refund policy

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to generate content for commercial resale without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our AI generation pipeline
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content (excluding your uploaded files) are owned by Treesera and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the PDFs and textbooks you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

AI-generated questions produced from your uploads are provided to you for your personal study use. You may not redistribute them commercially.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated questions are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular exam. You should verify all content against authoritative sources before relying on it for professional or academic purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treesera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or exam failure. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. If you are an international customer, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
